Mrs. Rohloff joined Trinity Lutheran School as the Principal in 2016. Mrs. Rohloff graduated cum laude from Arizona State with a BA in Education and earned her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She has both her State of Arizona Principal endorsement and Early Childhood endorsement. Mrs. Rohloff has 20 years of experience in education and school administration. She has taught Kindergarten, First, and Third grades and has 9 years of experience in private school leadership. Mrs. Rohloff is studying in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Colloquy program to work towards Commissioned status in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS). Mrs. Rohloff and her husband, Jonathan, have three children; Grace, Jonathan, and Faith. They have been active members of Trinity for over a decade.

Mrs. Beaver lives in the West Valley with her husband and their 2 young children. They are members of Trinity Lutheran Church and both of their children attend Trinity. Mrs. Beaver holds a bachelor's degree in English Education, a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology. She graduated with her Bachelor's in Education from Arizona State in 2008 and began working in middle schools as a classroom teacher. Through her years in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, school leader, and curriculum specialist. She also serves as adjunct faculty for Concordia University's Masters programs. She has worked with students from preschool to the university level. In her free time, she loves to go hiking with her husband and their dogs, bake, and read.

Pastor Bolte attended Concordia College, River Forest, Illinois, from 1982-1986, graduating with an elementary education degree. He went immediately to Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, (1986-1990) where he graduated with a Masters of Divinity. He was ordained into the ministry of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in 1990, and has served at Zion Lutheran Church in Pierce, Nebraska (1990-1995) and Trinity Lutheran Church, Litchfield Park, AZ (1996-present). He served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Southwest District (2006-2012) and was Vice President of the PSWD’s Region Four (2009-2012). Pastor Bolte has traveled many times to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of South Sudan’s seminary in Yambio, South Sudan to teach. In 2009, to teach the Book of Genesis; in 2010, to teach the doctrines of Christology and Justification; in 2013, to teach the doctrines of Word and Sacraments; and in 2015, to teach Luke/Acts. Pastor Bolte and his wife, Roxanne, have two daughters, Kristen and Taryn. Both of his daughters attended Trinity Lutheran School from preschool through eighth grade.

Mrs. Stipp has been on staff since July 2007. She is the Office Manager in the mornings for the school and also works a few days a month as the assistant to the business manager in the church office. She knows God has called her to work at Trinity because it is such a good fit for her customer service and organizational skills. She is thankful for the opportunity to work with such wonderful staff and supportive families.
